Mesquite Butcher Block Table

The butcher block is solid 3.25 inch mesquite. The turquoise inlaid drawer is deep enough to store your bread knives, rolling pins, and measuring cups. The butcher block is hand rubbed with a completely nontoxic linseed oil finish. The pieces used to make the block were taken from the base of the tree, where the grain is exceptionally beautiful because it goes every which way, as this is where the roots come together to begin the trunk.
